What is Maltitol and why we have chosen it?
Maltitol is a member of a family of alternative sweeteners known as sugar alcohols.
Sugar alcohols are safely fermented in the body using the good bacteria in the large intestine.
what is Benefits of Maltitol?

Safety of Maltitol according to the JEFCA
The joint food and agriculture organization / World health organization Expert committee on food additives (JECFA) has reviewed the safety data and concluded that Maltitol is safe to use.
Please keep in mind
As with other sugar alcohols, Maltitol may produce a laxative effect when consumed at very high levels (more than 100 grams per day) although no limits are placed on its use as the effect is negligible.
